Kairi Pauskar from Estonian-developed FinTech company TransferWise explains  business daily Äripäev the company’s policy towards managing its employees.

„It is not so much a question for the society but for every business with its differences,“ Ms. Pauskar explains. „Excluding the positions that require shift work, nobody checks the working hours or when the employee arrives to the office in the morning or when he or she leaves.“

All of Transferwise’s workers are entrepeneurs, she explains. „They are responsible for the well-being of the company and successfully fulfilling their tasks. This success cannot be measured in working hours but in results and some gauges set up by the employees themselves to measure their performance.”

Take a look at the IT jobs in Tallinn offered by the company where setting working hours is considered “so yesterday”. And do not forget to check the great offers by other companies in Estonia.
