Estonia has a booming start-up community, already home to more than 1,300 startups and 10 unicorns—the most unicorns per capita in Europe. Most recently, we gained our first decacorn - Wise. Not bad for a country of 1,3 million people. Estonia even has a residence permit programme (start-up visa) in place for start-ups.
