Pipedrive and TransferWise Competing for the “Estonia’s Dream Employer” Title

The employer that will receive the title “Estonia’s Dream Employer” has inspiring and motivating working culture that is highly valued by both, their current and perspective employees, the organizers report. This year there are 28 employers competing for the title, from public, private, and non-profit sectors. The winner will be an employer who values its image as an employer at least as much as the image of its products and services.

Among those competing for the title are Work in Estonia’s partners TransferWise and Pipedrive. TransferWise has been successful at the competition in 2013 (Most Potential for the Future) and in 2014 (was among 5 finalists).
