In mid-February, Work in Estonia will launch the new Career Hunt 2019 campaign which is the second campaign in the Career Hunt Tallinn series. This year, 25 pre-selected IT specialists from around the world will be flown to Tallinn, Estonia in summertime for a 5-day all-inclusive tech tour including final round job interviews at top companies.
Head of the project, Kaisa-Triin Kosenkranius said that both IT-specialists and employers were really pleased with the 1st Career Hunt campaign in 2018.
„Personally, it was so nice to see these 23 candidates, who we selected from out of 5,530 applications, enjoying their time in Tallinn to the fullest while gaining new knowledge and meeting so many new people. The positive feedback encouraged us to continue with the Career Hunt campaigns also this year,” said Kosenkranius.
Most of the Career Hunt 2018 final candidates received job offers from the final round job interviews to come and work in Estonia. Half of these job offers were accepted. Estonia has a lot to offer with its innovative companies, advanced digital society and good working and living environment.
