Before booking a consultation, please read the following terms to ensure the best possible experience for everyone.

1. Who can use our services?

Our services are free of charge for internationals who:

• Have recently arrived in Estonia,
• Are preparing to relocate here, or
• Have been living in Estonia but need guidance on services, processes, or everyday topics

2. Booking required

All services are available by appointment only.
Each session is individual and tailored to your needs

3. Respecting time – yours and others’

• If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to someone else
• If you are feeling unwell or sick, we kindly ask you to cancel or reschedule your appointment in advance
• Consultants reserve the time especially for you – if it goes unused without notice, someone else misses out on this free support

4. Missed appointments

We understand that life happens. However:

• If you miss 3 confirmed bookings without informing us in advance, we reserve the right to decline future booking requests.
